- Take another saucepan and heat Pinole, milk, chocolate. Whisk until the chocolate is completely dissolved. Heat for 10 minutes more until the liquid mixture is thick. Remove from heat and add brown sugar or piloncillo. Pour the cinnamon water over the mixture and serve
